Request deformed reinforcement bar 8 mm in straight lengths to your project specification. State the full grade, standard and edition, quantity, length and delivery destination. Coil supply, cutting, test certificates and shipment details require separate confirmation in the quotation.
For nominal diameter 8 mm, the calculated mass is approximately 0.395 kg/m using a steel density of 7850 kg/m³. Reference weights are 2.37 kg for 6 m and 4.74 kg for 12 m. These are geometry-based estimates, not certified delivery weights; agree the actual length, tolerances and weighing basis.

Size specifications: Reinforcement bar 8 mm
For nominal diameter 8 mm, the calculated mass is approximately 0.395 kg/m using a steel density of 7850 kg/m³. Reference weights are 2.37 kg for 6 m and 4.74 kg for 12 m. These are geometry-based estimates, not certified delivery weights; agree the actual length, tolerances and weighing basis.
Choosing this specification
Check the required clearances and cutting or forming route for 8 mm. A nominal diameter does not establish strength, weldability or suitability for machining; use the specified grade and certificate. At nominal geometry and 7850 kg/m³ steel density, the reference is 0.395 kg per metre. This calculation excludes tolerances, coatings, corner radii and process losses; it is not certified shipping weight or a load rating. Compared with 10 mm, the nominal geometric reference is 36.0% lower on the same basis. This comparison supports quantity planning; it does not establish interchangeability.

Buying Reinforcement bar 8 mm and requesting a price
The price for Reinforcement bar 8 mm depends on the material specification, quantity, production or processing requirements, inspection, packing, freight and delivery schedule. Compare offers on the same technical specification and delivery basis; confirm availability and quotation validity before ordering.
For buying and price enquiries for Reinforcement bar 8 mm, specify your delivery destination: Georgia (including Tbilisi), Turkey (including Ankara and Istanbul), the United Arab Emirates (UAE, including Dubai), Kuwait, Oman or Qatar. Send the required quantity, grade or chemical analysis, dimensions and inspection scope. Freight, delivery terms and shipment timing affect the quotation; supply options and destination documentation require confirmation before an order is agreed.
Preparing an enquiry for Reinforcement bar 8 mm
Include Reinforcement bar 8 mm, the required grade and complete standard designation, order quantity, length or coil limits where applicable, inspection documents and the exact delivery destination. Confirm traceability, packing, commercial terms and the shipment schedule with EMRA Steel.
8 mm Rebar Dimensions and Delivery Form
Masses are geometric estimates using area πd²/4 and density 7850 kg/m³, rounded to three decimals. They are not certified shipment weights or universal standard-table values. Diameter, spacing and intended use must follow the approved structural design; no application or load capacity is assigned from diameter alone.

Mechanical grade references
B500B and B500C values below are characteristic values under the BS 4449:2005 family, not guaranteed individual minima. B500C has both a lower and an upper tensile/yield ratio. ASTM grade rows show minimum yield references in the SI system; full tensile, elongation, bend, size and edition requirements still apply. DIN 488 and BS 4449 grades are not automatically equivalent. A legacy Grade 75 request needs its exact standard edition and project approval.

Chemical reference composition
The B500B row is a published producer reference for BS 4449; the ASTM rows are separate published reference summaries. These are not EMRA heat results, a complete acceptance specification or proof of availability. Heat/cast and product analyses have different acceptance rules. Confirm the grade, edition, analysis basis, residual elements and permitted variations against the purchase specification and actual mill test results; do not apply a B500B producer row to B500C without checking its governing specification.

Check the actual heat analysis against the mill test certificate and the agreed purchase specification. If an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate is required, confirm its availability and test scope with the offer before ordering.
Carbon Equivalent and Welding
BS-type CEV and ASTM A706 CE use different formulas and must not be compared as if they were the same parameter. BS-type CEV = C + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo + V)/5 + (Ni + Cu)/15. The cited A706 reference uses CE = C + Mn/6 + Cu/40 + Ni/20 + Cr/10 − Mo/50 − V/10. Use the formula and acceptance rules of the agreed standard and edition. A welding procedure and project approval remain necessary; a low carbon equivalent alone does not authorize site welding.
Rib Geometry, Markings and Traceability
Agree rib height, spacing, inclination and relative rib area fR or the governing bond-performance acceptance method with the specified standard. Crescent, chevron or other rib appearances do not certify a grade. Rolled markings and bundle tags must be interpreted using the producer and standard marking system and linked to heat or batch records. Do not identify grade, nominal size or seismic suitability from a photograph alone.
Inspection, Packing and Delivery
Specify any EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection document, heat identification, chemistry, tensile/ductility and bend/rebend testing before purchase; document availability and scope are confirmed with the offer. Agree bundle mass, strapping, lifting and corrosion protection rather than assuming 2–3 tonne bundles or a fixed container payload. Name the actual place or port under Incoterms 2020: FOB names the shipment port, CFR/CIF the destination port and DAP the destination place. Existing market sections cover Georgia/Tbilisi, UAE/Dubai, Turkey/Istanbul, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar; route feasibility, customs and unloading responsibilities require confirmation.
Rebar Price and Purchase Enquiry
Grade, diameter, straight length, quantity, cutting or bending, inspection scope, packing, freight and shipment date affect the offer. Send the full standard and edition, project-approved grade, required tonnes and named city or port. Request confirmation of supply, document scope and commercial terms; the website does not promise stock, fixed prices or universal certification.
