Geometric estimates exclude rolling tolerances, coatings and process losses; hollow and rolled-section references include their own section-table basis. Calculated bar weights use unrounded mass. Values are not measured shipment weights. Confirm length, grade, manufacturing route, packing and supply in the offer; the existing image illustrates the product family.
Cold-rolled sheet and coil are used where dimensions and surface condition matter; agree finish and processing requirements.
Appliance panels, formed components and selected automotive or general engineering parts. Drawing severity, visible-surface requirements and downstream coating determine the specification.

Standards and applicability
These are uncoated DC01/DC04 references to EN 10130, with dimensional tolerances to EN 10131. The displayed base mechanical values are for t > 0.7 mm within the applicable standard range. For 0.5 < t ≤ 0.7 mm the yield ceiling may rise 20 MPa and minimum A80 fall 2 percentage points; at t ≤ 0.5 mm the adjustments are 40 MPa and 4 points. Confirm surface class, finish, oiling, ageing and testing time. Coated products require their own specification.

Selected percentages by mass and test values are reference requirements within the stated scope, not the actual heat analysis or a complete specification. A dash means no value is declared here, not zero. Compare the offered heat and test results with the applicable specification and inspection document. If EN 10204 type 3.1 is required, agree document availability, heat traceability and test scope before ordering.
Inspection and export enquiry
Send the exact product, size, full grade and standard edition, delivery condition, quantity, test requirements and named destination. Confirm cutting, coating, bundle or coil mass, protection, unloading and the Incoterms delivery point in the quotation. The destination guidance below supports port and inland comparisons; it does not confirm local stock or a fixed price.

Cold-rolled sheet and coil for precision forming and visible components. Compare thickness, forming grade, surface finish and protective oiling.
Specification and dimensions
No preset numerical sizes are published for this product. Enter the required dimensions in the enquiry and specify grade, coil or cut-sheet form, surface finish, oiling and edge condition. Dimensions and supply require quotation confirmation.
Grades and applicable standards
For uncoated low-carbon forming steel, specify DC01 or DC04 to EN 10130 and the applicable EN 10131 dimensional and shape tolerances. If a JIS grade is requested, state the complete JIS G 3141 designation separately; grade equivalence must be technically agreed.
Applications and project requirements
Appliance panels, formed components and selected automotive or general engineering parts. Drawing severity, visible-surface requirements and downstream coating determine the specification.
Agree heat or batch identification, chemical analysis, applicable tests and dimensional checks before ordering. Specify inspection documents, acceptance criteria and any independent inspection requirements.
Sizes, weights and quotation guidance
Dimensions are examples for preparing an enquiry, not a declared stock range. Calculated weights are theoretical; mill limits, rolling tolerances and the agreed weighing basis govern the order.
Cold-rolled sheet and coil Prices and quotation requirements
For a price quotation, send the exact dimensions, complete grade and standard, total tonnes, delivery destination and required date. Confirm surface, inspection certificate, packaging, currency, delivery term and quotation validity. EMRA Steel confirms supply and commercial terms after reviewing the enquiry.
Choose the product specification first; destination and shipment details belong in the delivery enquiry. Destination enquiry guides
